One of the object-oriented constructs that was added to REALbasic in recent years is the class interface. This should not be confused with the more familiar user interface, which includes the visual elements of your program (windows, controls and menus). This is a programming interface, also called simply an interface in Java and a protocol in Objective-C (where they originated).
